NOTE: THE COMPETITION IS NOT RUNNING IN INDONESIA, CROATIA, OMAN, ITALY, BRAZIL OR IN THE U.S. STATES OF ARIZONA, NORTH DAKOTA, COLORADO, TENNESSEE AND MARYLAND. EVEN IF YOU ENTER, YOUR PARTICIPATION WILL BE INVALID AND YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRIZE.
1. Promoter: The “AIG Women’s Open Global Challenge” (“Competition”) is organized and promoted by Toptracer. “Toptracer” is a division of Topgolf International, LLC (“Topgolf”). The specific Topgolf company acting as the administrator in your territory is detailed at the conclusion of these rules. Prizes are provided by the Competition sponsor, R&A Championships Limited (the “R&A” or “Sponsor”). Toptracer and The R&A may be jointly referred to in these rules as the “Competition Entities”.
2. Participation Period: The Competition commences at 12:00 AM CEST on Monday July 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CEST on Sunday, August 2, 2026 (“Participation Period”).
3. Eligibility: The Competition is open to persons who are: (i) legally and physically residing in any territory where a Toptracer-installed range is located (other than the excluded territories listed at the top of these rules and any other territories where the Competition may be prohibited or restricted); and (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age during the Participation Period.
Employees, agents, directors of any company forming part of the Competition Entities, may participate in the Competition but are not eligible to win prizes.
By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Competition Overview: The Competition will take place at all participating Toptracer Range locations globally (each a “Venue” and collectively “Venues”). To participate in the Competition, each Participant must (i) download the free Toptracer Range mobile app (the “App”); (ii) sign in to your existing account or create a new account; and (iii) register for the Competition via the unique QR code or link available on the Toptracer website and social media.
How it works:
- Visit your local Venue and buy a bucket of balls or hire a bay in line with the Venue’s policies.
- Connect your profile to the bay screen using the App on your phone.
- Select the Competition as shown on the screen and start playing!
- The Competition is a classic “closest to the pin” on a par 3 hole at Royal Lytham & St Annes.
- You can play as many times as you want.
5. Prize: The prizes for the Competition are as follows:
1st Place:
- Two (2) tickets to The 2027 AIG Women’s Open at Royal St. George’s on Sunday, August 1, 2027
- One (1) round of golf (18 holes) for one (1) player at Royal St. George’s on Monday, August 2, 2027
2nd Place:
- Two (2) tickets to The 2027 AIG Women’s Open at Royal St. George’s on Sunday, August 1, 2027
- One (1) pin flag signed by the 2026 AIG Women’s Open Champion
- £200 R&A Shop Voucher
3rd Place:
- Two (2) tickets to The 2027 AIG Women’s Open at Royal St. George’s on Saturday, July 31, 2027
- One (1) pin flag signed by the 2026 AIG Women’s Open Champion
- £100 R&A Shop Voucher
Most Shots Hit:
- One (1) pin flag signed by the 2026 AIG Women’s Open Champion
- £100 R&A Shop Voucher
In the event of a tie (for example if there are multiple holes-in-one (“HIOs”)), the winner will be determined as follows:
1. If multiple HIOs, the Participant with most HIOs
2. If matching scores (or matching number of HIOs), the Participant achieving their result first.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative will be offered. Each Prize includes only the items expressly listed above. Winners are solely responsible for all travel, accommodation, transfers, meals, and any other costs or expenses not expressly listed as part of the Prize.
Due to prizing restrictions in Japan, winners residing in Japan will receive a single pin flag signed by the 2026 AIG Women’s Open Champion in lieu of any other prize otherwise awarded.
Due to prizing restrictions in the Republic of Korea, no tickets to The 2027 AIG Women’s Open will be awarded to winners residing in the Republic of Korea. Winners in the Republic of Korea will receive the non-ticket components of their applicable prize. In addition, the 1st place winner in the Republic of Korea will receive a £400 R&A Shop Voucher in lieu of the round of golf at Royal St. George’s.
“Most Shots Hit” prize will be provided to the Participant who records the most total shots playing the Competition during the Participation Period.
6. Prize Administration: Toptracer will attempt to contact winners via their registered email within 30 days of the conclusion of the Competition. If a potential winner cannot be reached directly within a further 7 days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, and/or is unable or unwilling to accept a Prize (including due to amateur status), then, at Toptracer’s discretion, the next-placed Participant will be awarded the Prize.
Prizes will be delivered digitally within 90 days of conclusion of the Competition. Use of the R&A Shop gift voucher is subject to its own terms and the R&A standard terms of sale.
In certain jurisdictions Prizes may be subject to taxes. All federal, state and local taxes, customs duties and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a Prize are solely the Winner’s responsibility, but Toptracer has the right to withhold any amounts required by law. Winners shall complete any applicable tax forms as required in their local territory.
Where it is a legal requirement Promoter will provide a list of winners and this can be requested from the details at the end of these rules.
7. Data Privacy: All information submitted by Participants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Toptracer’s Privacy Policy, accessible on the App or the Toptracer website. This includes the publication of Participants’ Toptracer usernames on public leaderboards relating to the Competition, which may feature on the App, on Toptracer’s social media, and elsewhere, including where a Participant wins, achieves a high score, or whose participation is otherwise noteworthy.
Sharing with the R&A for Prize Fulfilment. If a Participant wins a Prize, Toptracer will provide the winner’s username, contact details, and other information reasonably necessary for prize delivery, tax documentation, and related administrative purposes to the R&A. The R&A will process such information as an independent controller in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Optional Sharing with the R&A. At the point of Competition registration within the App, Participants will be presented with a separate, optional checkbox (unchecked by default) that, if selected, permits Toptracer to share the Participant’s name, email address, country or territory of residence, Toptracer username, and Competition participation information (including scores, timestamps, and related data) with the R&A for the R&A’s own marketing and related purposes, which may include enrolling the Participant in the R&A’s One Club program. The R&A will act as an independent controller with respect to data received under this optional sharing and will process such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (linked above). Participation in the Competition is not conditioned on opting in to this sharing, and Participants who do not opt in are eligible to enter and win Prizes on the same basis as those who do. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting preferences in the App, by contacting Toptracer at marketing@toptracer.com, or by contacting the R&A using the details in its Privacy Policy. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Other Communications. Toptracer may send Participants marketing communications in line with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Participants may unsubscribe from Toptracer marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such communication or by contacting Toptracer at marketing@toptracer.com.
Additional Publicity Consent. The Competition Entities may also request additional, separate consent to publish and/or broadcast further information about a Participant and/or audio-visual recordings of a Participant (“Your Data”) to publicize the Competition and related services, and may invite Participants to take part in photo, recording, video, and/or filming session(s). A Participant may withdraw consent to such use of Your Data at any time by contacting Toptracer at marketing@toptracer.com.
8. General Terms:
a. Competition Entities are not responsible, and shall have no liability, if Competition cannot take place, is disrupted, if any Prize cannot be awarded, accepted or fully enjoyed, or your participation or registration is prevented or disrupted due to (i) acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, pandemic, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, power cuts, acts of government, other events outside of the reasonable control of Competition Entities; (ii) due to any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, downtime, outages, technical failures or human or computer error; (iii) acts or omissions of any Venue, including closures or unavailability; (iv) acts or omissions of any other third-party. This includes any actual or perceived technical issues with the Toptracer system where a shot played during the Competition is not traced, or is traced or scored incorrectly.
b. If, for any reason outlined above, Competition is not capable of running as planned, Toptracer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Competition or any part of the Competition. If Competition or any part of the Competition is terminated or modified prior to the end date of the Competition, notice will be posted on Toptracer social media accounts. In such circumstances Toptracer shall be entitled at its sole discretion to either (i) declare the Competition null and void, or (ii) declare winners from those who have already participated.
c. Where the Prize (or any part thereof) is deemed invalid or unlawful (other than for reasons stated under 8a) in any territory then Toptracer shall be entitled to offer the winner a valid alternative.
d. Golf equipment used during Competition must meet Equipment Rules as provided in Appendix II of the Rules of Golf; any Participant using “illegal” equipment will be eliminated from Competition.
e. Participants must be logged in to their own profile and the same participant must complete the entire Competition. Using other users log-ins, or participating jointly is not permitted and any participants doing so will be eliminated from the Competition.
f. The Competition is organized and promoted by Toptracer but entry to and participation in the Competition is subject always to availability at your local Venue (please check your local Venue is open and running the Competition before visiting!). Venues are independent from the Competition Entities and set their own policies, opening times and availability, which you are required to follow. To enter the Competition you are required to purchase balls, bay time or otherwise access the Venue in line with its policies.
g. These Rules are supplemental to Toptracer’s standard participation terms for events as displayed in the APP when registering for the Competition. In the event of any conflict, these Rules prevail.
h. Neither the Sponsor nor the Venues are promoters or organizers of the Competition and have no liability under these Rules or otherwise in relation to the Competition, except with respect to the Sponsor’s provision of the Prizes and its processing of Participant data as an independent controller under the Data Privacy section.
